The Widowed Landlady and the Pregnancy Contract

Seita, a repeat exam student, moves into an old house in the suburbs due to financial difficulties. There, through a chain of events, he ends up entering into an intimate relationship with the beautiful widowed landlady. After his mother cuts off his living expenses and he finds himself struggling, Seita accepts the landlady’s proposal, and they enter into a contract: in exchange for rent exemption, he agrees to get her pregnant.
