Our protagonist, Akino (a human woman), begins her new job as a concierge, where she will be tasked to serve “extinct species”. All with the "help" of her elusive floor manager that pops out from the wildest places, and her coworkers who watch over her with care, always ready to go into action when a client needs them; every one of them comes with a unique personality. This is a story about a hardworking and witty protagonist doing her best to help all the troubled animal clients.
